I’ve been hairdressing for over 20 years and feel blessed that I feel the same passion for my job as I did when I first started.
I love all aspects of hairdressing, especially choppy, textured hairstyles and colour transformations. Junior stylists are under my tutelage, and it fills me with pride to see them grown in confidence and skill. As Manager, it lights me up to see satisfied clients leaving the salon.

I’ve been a hairstylist for over 17 years now and still love the industry.
I love long locks and creating seamless blondes and balayages. Precision cutting is one of my specialties and one of my favourite services. The clients satisfaction is my only goal and I adore their reactions to their visions come to life every time.

Being a hair stylist is a huge passion of mine; Seeing my clients imbued with confidence after an appointment inspires me to better myself and my skills.
I especially enjoy bold and vivid colours and colour transformations. Creating a completely new look for someone and making their vision come to life is one of the greatest rewards in the industry.

Melanie is the proud co-owner of F&F Hairdressing.
As a dedicated hairstylist for over 30 years, Melanie bring expertise in many aspects of hairdressing, specialising in the art of cutting services. From mastering basic styling through to creative cutting she’s dedicated to delivering expertise in creating unique and personalised cuts.
In addition to her hairstyling journey, she has achieved a degree in a teaching . A commitment that adds a unique layer to our salon’s expertise while also working in an academy for young apprentices. Sharing her knowledge and nurturing experience to the younger generation are values close to her heart.
